Identify M.E.S.S. Blocks to Weight Loss
The Fat No More workshop is a life-changing day hosted by Marylin Stompler who will go over the many M.E.S.S blocks that prevent both women and men from losing weight and keeping it off, and how to let them go. M.E.S.S. stands for Mental, Emotional, Subconscious, and Spiritual. Attendees will take a True/False test to assess whether or not they have one or more of 100 key M.E.S.S. Blocks. Taking the test will give each attendee a clear understanding of what has been blocking them from losing weight and keeping it off.

Through powerful individual and group exercises, attendees will be able to identify many of their M.E.S.S. blocks to weight loss and create a master list of their blocks; plus, they will learn and practice powerful, yet easy-to-use techniques to let them go. Each attendee will learn how to let go of negative thoughts, beliefs, or fears in minutes and will start letting go of their self-criticism. They will also learn and practice the ER technique to eliminate hard-to-let-go M.E.S.S. blocks.
